Multipurpose Hall Packages (Download price list)

– Residential & Weekend Bookings – 3pm – 11pm £675

 (Times include setting up and clearing away – normally 3-4:30 set up and 10:30-11 clear away) Equipment included is: Audio and visual, disco lights, carpeting of the floor (mandatory), chairs, tables and stage.

– Conferences & Seminars – 8am – 5pm £1200

(Times include setting up and clearing away – normally 8-9:30 set up and 3:30-5 clear away) Equipment included is: Audio and visual, disco lights, carpeting of the floor (mandatory), chairs, tables and stage.

External catering and refreshments can be arranged by us. Prices start from £6.95 per delegate, plus a 10% administration fee.

Sports Hall  – Whole Hall £50 per hour, Half Hall £30 per hour (sports bookings only).

Meeting Room – £8 per hour. Seats approximately 12 people (chairs only) or 8 people (chairs and tables). Equipment included is: Whiteboard, Flipcharts, chairs and tables.

Activity Room – £12 per hour. Seats approximately 25 people (chairs only) or 16 people (chairs and tables). Equipment included is: Whiteboard, Flipcharts, chairs and tables.

Board Room and Activity Suite– £25 per hour. Seats approximately 55 people (chairs only) or 36 people (chairs and tables). Equipment included is: Audio and visual, Flipcharts, whiteboard, chairs and tables.

Board Room– £12 per hour. Seats approximately 30 people (chairs only) or 20 people (chairs and tables). Equipment included is: Audio and visual, whiteboard, Flipchart, chairs and tables.

I.T Room– £15 per hour. Seats approximately 14 people (seating at designated desks only). Equipment included is: Audio and visual (including interactive whiteboard), 14x PCs, Flipcharts, desks and chairs.

Kitchen– £25 per hour. (An additional refundable deposit of £100 is required upon booking). Equipment included is: Large double oven and stove, 2x microwaves, kettle, fridge and freezer, 2x sinks, prep area & serving area.

Conference Room Party Packages

Rayners Lane Residents: £105 for a three hour package in the Activity/Board Room for a party without alcohol and then £35 per hour thereafter.  £120 for a three hour package in the Activity/Board Room for a party with alcohol and £40 per hour thereafter. Harrow Residents.£127.50 for a three hour package in the Activity/Board Room for a party without alcohol and then £42.50 per hour thereafter.£142.50 for a three hour package in the Activity/Board Room for a party with alcohol and £47.50 per hour thereafter. On Non Harrow Residents£150 for a three hour package in the Activity/Board Room for a party without alcohol and £50 per hour thereafter.£165 for a three hour package in the Activity/Board Room for a party with alcohol and £55 per hour thereafter.
